So, ensure the email account you are using to send emails (under Log Email Log settings page or To Email settings page) actually exists in the server, and that you are using the correct username and password for authentication.
Hi GuysA User was getting the below bounceback sending to some servers:
This is the mail system at host out03.mx.trendmicro.eu.
'I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can

The mail system

The server is SBS 2003 (which uses Exchange 2003), exchange is configured to forward all outbound e-mail to a smarthost (trend) which works fine for the most part, the virtual SMTP server is restricted to talking to only Trends servers if thats relevent.
I'm guessing theres something wrong with their domain/DNS but i've never seen this error, any ideas what to look for?
Thanks
Hi RosendoR,
Thanks for your information. for further help, can you help us to confirm whether both you and the Office 365 email address can’t send emails each other? Or just you can’t send emails to Office 365? Or just Office 365 can’t send emails to you?
About the NDRs from the office 365 side, the error messages says that the recipient (your email address) side checks the PTR record of sender (Office 365 email address) and it failed, we suggest you add Office 365 email address into white list/allowed list from you side and check if the issue persists. If you are not an admin or you are not familiar with the white list/allowed list, please ask for your admin for help. About the PTR record, Office 365 doesn’t support the PTR record management. Please contact Hostgator to add the Office 365 domain to allowable list.
About you can't send emails to Office 365 account, please help to do aMessage Tracefrom Office 365 side to determine whether the emails sent to Office 365 server successfully. If it has no message trace about the emails from your email address, it states your email was not arrived the Office 365 and this email was not sent from your email server successfully, please contact your email provider. If you can find the message trace from your email address, please send us the complete message trace to us viaPrivate Message.
Meanwhile, please send the complete NDRs (your side and Office 365 side) to us via PM for further analysis.
Regards,
Richard
